My yard in Florida as I walk around.. a little over 13 months since we were back from Ohio.

Outside the sliding back door looking right... there is a wooden slat porch under all those ferns and trees that stops just before the old Sears mower... and the tall plants on the left are the ornamental ' corn ' that was below my knees when I bought this place in 2011... now they are a good 5 feet over the top of the RV and it is on jack stands...great shade now ! <G>... there were no plants or trees when we left in August 2019 but it was until October 2020 before we had been back to my house... a little over 13 months of growth.

Looking from the sliding glass door looking into the back yard thru the porch ( T gave me that boat.. needs a few wood repairs and seriously cleaned right now )... there was poison ivy growing from the shelf clear towards the sliding glass door and growing up the screen door to the ceiling. I never noticed until a few minutes later but the black lines in this picture are the loops ( about 5 or 6 big loops ) of 3/4 inch black pipe that was surrounding the top of the ' clear ' porch roofing to heat the swimming pool water in the winter months... I have a valve between the pump pulling from the bottom drain thru the black pipe and/or to the sand filter to adjust the ratio of flow thru the black pipe to the sand filter.
