I am trying to show what the different levels/layers of member and admin levels are used in this structure. If you are just a MEMBER in a county, the basic building block of our security ( eye to eye, trust your family or friend before adding them to the group ), you would (SHOULD) be in the COUNTY, STATE, Minutemen-Support and Reloading Ammunition groups. If your an ADMIN, county or state, you need to be in the Minutemen-State-Staff and also Minutemen-HOMELAND-ADMINS 'secret' groups also. The FIRST 4 COUNTY MEMBERS AT LEAST entered into a county group need to be admins so they can inform people and add or remove people if needed. The more members in a county after that can determine who wants the admin jobs, some want to help admin and that is great but you do not have to be an admin. ADMINS can spread the word in their areas and need to be informed ASAP about things going on, that is why there are different levels of introducing the message to get it to the right group of people. ADMINS at the basic county level get information local and spread it local, if they think others groups around them should know they can post it in either the general and/or in the staff group. The State STAFF Group of 'admin to admin chatter' in neighboring counties/state could be kept here to keep each other informed. This State STAFF group would also be the area the COORDINATORS would be keeping the ADMINS informed of something happening, maybe requesting 'role call' of county members and questions or suggestions for changes as needed. Now, IF INFORMATION OR REQUESTS needs to get out across the country, like verification of events, etc.. , the place to put that question and response would be at the top area, Minutemen-HOMELAND-ADMINS secret group. EVERY ADMIN IN EVERY COUNTY AND STATE SHOULD BE A MEMBER OF THAT TOP GROUP. 'COORDINATORS' .... the CO and XO of the groups and state, They all need to be in the state group Coordinators ( some call it Overseers ) since they will be trying to develop local plans as needed.. Country wide, We need them in their own 'chatter area' also and the American Patriots Coalition would be the place to put all coordinators from all the states, to plan events or emergency responses if needed. COORDINATORS can also be ADMINS and are always a member. Now LIAISONS from other groups can be added to each part... county, state and homeland as members if they are trusted and known. That is how we will build our trusted families of groups together in the different areas. If they want to be a member, there is nothing wrong with having a backup plan or being members in multiple as needed, but they have to pass the basic county 'eye to eye' know your neighbor, friend and family trust. THAT BASIC PART IS A MUST. I wonder if anybody will read it this far ??? ....
