Hundreds of pro-Turkey protesters scuffled with police early on Sunday as authorities tried to end a demonstration outside the Turkish consulate in Rotterdam.
The demonstrators were protesting against the Netherlands for barring Turkey's foreign minister from addressing a rally in the country.
At one stage, protesters were throwing bottles and mobbing police vehicles as they moved away from the consulate in central Rotterdam.
But soon, police charged on horseback and moved forward with batons wielding.

China is just pissed that the US is going to stop all the internet theft of manufacturing secrets... China warns US against waging ‘trade war’

China has warned US against launching a trade war saying such strategies will bring nothing but harm for both countries.
Zhong’s comments come after US President Donald Trump repeatedly accused China of using unfair trade policies to steal jobs from Americans. Trump has threatened to retaliate with massive tariffs unless Beijing changes track. Last week, the U-S Trade Representative exempted Americans from being directly subject to the World Trade Organization’s rulings. In response, China said attempts to ignore the organization’s regulations could lead to a repetition of the trade war in the 1930s.
