Hey, it doesn’t matter if you support this guy’s actions or not, what he did is illegal. Now he has to pay the consequences. We aren’t in Obama’s world anymore. Laws aren’t just suggestions now, they actually mean something.
The owner of four schools that enrolled hundreds foreign nationals who fraudulently obtained immigration documents allowing them to remain in the United States as “students” – even though they rarely, if ever, attended classes – pleaded guilty Thursday to federal immigration fraud charges.
Hee Sun Shim (also known as Leonard Shim and Leo Shim), 53, of Beverly Hills, the owner and manager of the schools, pleaded guilty Thursday morning to conspiracy and immigration document fraud.
Shim, along with two co-defendants – ran a “pay-to-stay” scheme through three schools in Koreatown – Prodee University/Neo-America Language School; Walter Jay M.D. Institute, an Educational Center (WJMD); and the American College of Forensic Studies (ACFS). A fourth school in Alhambra – Likie Fashion and Technology College – was also involved in the scheme, which ran for at least six years.

Additionally, the full 9th Circuit Court now have asked the Trump administration to file an additional brief. In that brief, the court wants the Trump administration to tell the court why the three member original appeals ruling authority was wrong.

There is a saying that even a blind squirrel finds a nut from time to time. Another popular way of saying close to the same thing is that even a broken wall clock is right twice a day. There will surely be even more such sayings being created now that the blind squirrels that make up the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals have chosen now as the time to finally come out with a ruling that helps the American people. This court has ruled that those who have been apprehended entering the country illegally have no legal right to representation. It seems as if the word “illegal” means something, after all.
The Democrats are going to have an absolute conniption fit as if the court had just ruled that it is now permissible to harm, torture, or otherwise abuse these “undocumented” people, but when it happens just remember that it is not true. This ruling is not saying that they have no human rights, a common and purposeful confusion often employed by the left, simply that they have no legal right to an attorney.
This means that the American taxpayer is no longer going to have to foot the bill for the legal costs that pile up higher than the coming “Trump Wall.” The Constitution promises all American citizens the right to legal counsel, but we are not talking about citizens. This has long been the stance of those who understand the Constitution. It is so true that even those who do NOT have a firm grip of the Constitution (like the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, for instance), can see it.

In addition, the Koran encourage Muslims to collect jizya – blood tax – from kafirs, the non-Muslims, and welfare is looked upon as jizya. Collecting money from non-Muslims is considered a legal entitlement since the kafir is not entitled to any land or laws of their own anywhere, meaning their presence on a land or country of their own is a “theft” of “occupation” of what should be Muslim land.

Repay Every Speed Camera Ticket Issued
Court orders New Miami, Ohio to repay every cent collected from motorists
from unconstitutional speed camera program.
New Miami, Ohio broke the
law, it was caught, and now it will have to repay $3,066,523 worth of tickets.
That was the judgment rendered Wednesday by Butler County Court of Common Pleas
Judge Michael A. Oster Jr.
"If the government has created an unconstitutional law/ordinance that has taken
people's money without affording them the necessary due process protections,
should not justice demand, and the law require, restitution of that money to the
people?" Oster asked at the opening of his ruling. "Once the complexities of the
law are analyzed, the answer is simple: Yes."
A group of three lawyers had
filed suit in 2013,
arguing that New Miami's automated ticketing ordinance gave vehicle owners no
realistic opportunity to defend themselves against the demand for a payment of
up to $180 that arrived in the mail. Optotraffic, a private vendor, sent the
tickets to motorists passing through the less-than-one-square-mile town on US
127, a major highway that links Cincinnati with points north.
